Mr. Prine started his restaurant career as an Assistant Kitchen Manager for Chi-Chi’s where he worked for Chi-Chi’s for 15 years, 1987-2002. The experience he learned with them was invaluable. Mr. Prine worked his way through the ranks of Assistant Kitchen manager to Assistant General Manager to General Manager during his last eight years with the company.
Mr. Prine then pursued a career with Carrabba’s Italian Grill (Outback Concept) and was the Proprietor for the Carmel location for five years, 2002-2007. Being a Proprietor is more than a career, it brings the mental attitude of ownership. That is what we all bring to McIndy Ventures today…the process of thinking like an owner and how we can wow our guests daily!
Mr. Prine lives in Greenwood with his great wife, Katrina, of 20 years. They have 6 wonderful children, Kayla 19; Greg 18; William 11; Brandon 9; Abby and Alyssa 7. They have a house-full, but wouldn’t have it any other way.
